Welcome to Seo's Taekwondo - authentic Taekwondo and effective self-defense located in Bondi, Sydney. Whether you want to learn self defence, Improve fitness or compete, our practical approach and expert instruction will help you achieve your goals. Our head instructor is Master Joseph Seo, who has had over 20 years of experience teaching Taekwondo to people of all ages and experience levels - from complete beginners to international competitors. He holds a 6th Dan Blackbelt and instructor's qualification from the Kukkiwon the headquarters of Taekwondo in South Korea. Prior to coming to Australia in 2001, Master Seo taught Taekwondo in Korea and was a member of the Kukkiwon representative team. He was also a member of the Korean National Demonstration team for 2 years. He was head instructor of the University of Sydney Taekwondo club for 8 years(2001-2008), and currently teaches at Seo's Taekwondo and Reddam House school also teaches at a full-time gym as a head instructor.
